They are one of the essential parts of the production of the panels. They also allow the user to give the best finish to the furniture using the right type of decorative paper which characterize the style of the furniture.
Relief, frames, "curved" parts, rounded corners and back rests. The finished foils are produced in two macro types: paintable (subject to checking the compatibility between the surface varnishes and the paints) it is suitable for painting with high gloss or matt paint; and finished, with high resistance to marks and damage by chemicals etc.
 

Finish foil is pritedon pre-impregnated paper and lacqured for overlaying particle board and MDF board for and similar substrates furniture industry.

Gramage:

60-80 gsm for pre-impregnated paper,

90 gsm and over for post impregnated paper.

Gluing:

Foil is glued on the substrates with PVA or urea based resin

Pressing:

Temperature: 90-160 C°

Time : 4-10 second

Pressure : 2 - 7 kg/cm²

Packing:

In rolls, 1760 mm, 1830 mm ,1870 mm wide and 1000 running meters per roll.
